Victorinox Swiss Army Warranty Repairs

Should your Victorinox Swiss Army timepiece require work under the three-year international warranty ship it directly to us.

Swiss Watch Services have skilled watchmakers, genuine Victorinox Swiss Army parts, tools and the know how to preform all work on all Victorinox Swiss Army timepieces. All repairs are performed internally at SWS and complies with international Victorinox Swiss Army service quality guidelines.

Please Note : Batteries, Broken Crystals. Crowns etc. are not covered by the warranty

If your Victorinox, Swiss Army or Victorinox Swiss Army has a manufacturer’s defect covered by the warranty we will repair it without charge. Please ship all timepieces to SWS in appropriate protective packaging (Do Not Ship In The Original Box) and include the information below. It is recommended you insure and track all shipments.

1. Your Name, Complete Address, Phone Number (Day Time) and e-mail address.
2. The warranty letter/card that came with your timepiece correctly filled out with model # and date of purchase.
3. A brief description of the problem or repairs needed.

While there is no charge for the repair of the timepiece during the warranty period a cheque/check in the amount of $ 18.85 payable to Swiss Watch Services must accompany the timepiece to cover postage, insurance and related costs.
